We are proud to announce the launch of the Mission Jagabandhu Healthcare Outreach Program, the first healthcare initiative of Ashvins Foundation. This program is designed to bring quality medical services closer to communities in need through one-day health camps organized at our registered office or other suitable locations.
What We Aim to Do
The health camps will focus on serving local residents of the areas where they are held. Camps will be organized at least once a year, with additional sessions whenever required.
Services Provided
Each camp will provide one or more of the following services:
- Medical consultation in internal medicine, tropical medicine, infectious diseases, geriatrics, dermatology, and related fields.
- Medication (as and when available).
- Basic investigations (as and when available).
- Patient counseling and referral for further care if needed.
Leadership and Team
The program will be led by Dr. Agnibho Mondal, Program Director, Mission Jagabandhu Healthcare Outreach Program. He will be supported by a dedicated team of volunteers, including:
- Medical, Nursing, and Pharmacy Officers
- Laboratory Technicians, Physiotherapists, Nutritionists, and other technical staff
- Volunteer coordinators, management staff, and local liaisons
Guiding Principles
- Services will be free of cost, though nominal charges may be introduced if situationally necessary.
- All expenses and equipment will be covered by the Trust Fund.
- Proper documentation of all services will be maintained.
- The program will operate in close cooperation with local health authorities.
- Its scope may expand in future as decided by the Board of Trustees.
With Mission Jagabandhu we are taking the first step toward creating a healthier tomorrow. The program will begin at the grassroots level and gradually expand to reach more communities in need.
